Terms of service for PostDrop at post-drop.app, owned and operated by KP Digital Ventures Inc. Rules and guidelines for using our social media management platform.

These Terms constitute an agreement between you and KP Digital Ventures Inc. ("KP Digital Ventures", "PostDrop", "we", "us" or "our"), the owner and operator of PostDrop and post-drop.app. These Terms govern your use of PostDrop at post-drop.app and our scheduling and publishing services. By creating an account you agree to these Terms.

The service

PostDrop lets you connect supported social accounts, compose and schedule content, publish or cross-post to multiple networks, and view analytics from a single dashboard.

Acceptable use

You are responsible for content you publish and must comply with each platform's rules and applicable laws. Do not use the service for spam, illegal content, or unauthorized access.

Billing

Paid plans bill through Stripe in USD or INR. Subscriptions renew according to the plan you select unless cancelled. Refund terms are described in the full Terms of Service.

Account termination

You may cancel your subscription or delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or platform policies after notice when reasonable.

Limitation of liability

PostDrop is provided as-is to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect damages arising from platform outages, third-party API changes, or content you publish through connected accounts.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of PostDrop after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
