User Data Deletion Instructions
How to delete your PostDrop account and request erasure of data from every connected social platform stored by KP Digital Ventures Inc. at post-drop.app.
KP Digital Ventures Inc. operates PostDrop and post-drop.app and is responsible for the processing of information described in this Privacy Policy. Use this page to request deletion of personal information PostDrop stores for your account and every connected social platform, including Instagram, Facebook, Threads, WhatsApp, X, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, Bluesky, Reddit, Telegram, Discord, Snapchat, and Google Business Profile.
Delete your account in PostDrop
- Sign in at https://post-drop.app/auth
- Open Settings at https://post-drop.app/settings
- Select the Security tab
- Under Delete account, click Delete account…
- Type DELETE MY ACCOUNT and confirm
Confirmation immediately disconnects every connected social account, deletes workspaces, posts, drafts, schedules, uploaded media, and your authentication record. Signing in later with Google creates a new empty account and does not restore deleted data.
Request deletion by email
If you cannot sign in, email support@post-drop.app from your PostDrop account address with the subject Data deletion request. Include your account email, any connected platforms and usernames you remember, and a statement that you want PostDrop to delete your data. We verify identity and complete deletion within 30 days, then send confirmation.
Disconnect one social account
To stop PostDrop accessing a single network without deleting your whole PostDrop account, open Connected Accounts and disconnect that profile. You can also revoke PostDrop from each platform's own connected-apps or security settings, including Facebook Apps and websites and Google third-party access. Removing the app on the platform stops future access; data already stored in PostDrop remains until you disconnect it in PostDrop, delete your account, or email us.
What we delete
- Account profile information such as name, email, and avatar
- Workspaces and memberships owned by your account
- Posts, drafts, captions, schedules, publishing history, and analytics stored in PostDrop
- Uploaded media files
- Connected-account records and authorization tokens for every platform you linked
What we do not delete
- Content already published to any social network — remove that on the platform itself
- Billing records Stripe must keep for tax or legal requirements
- Limited backup or security logs that expire on our normal backup cycle
- Information we are required by law to retain
Paid subscriptions
Cancel an active plan from Settings → Billing before deleting, or mention the subscription in your deletion email so we can cancel it while processing the request.
